AKIN Back Pack Donation

The back-to-school season is bringing out the best in our community, and Wear A Big Smile is happy to be a part of it.

Yesterday, WABS donated 50 brand-new Western Chief backpacks to our friends at AKIN in Kent. AKIN will be filling each one with school supplies, making sure kids head into the new school year with everything they need to succeed.

It's a simple idea with a big impact — and we're grateful to AKIN for the work they do to make moments like this possible. Wishing every student who receives one of these backpacks a wonderful year ahead!
